comes with 1 year warranty

gosh, your engineers are good,  the end of July 2021, just after the warranty is out of course,  the fingerprint sensor goes, phone gets hot, battery life is well below normal.

Just before sensor went out, another strange thing happened.

i was using the phone, then
the screen when black

i tried to restart

finally turned on and then there was red 4 chinese symbols in the top left corner. 

i pressed buttons trying to do something, then the screen changed to

a list in the top left corner, in RED color text

BUTTONS
UP
DOWN
LEFT
RIGHT
 
when i hit the respective buttons the text changed to yellow, it was like a game, after i hit all the buttons then my phone went to the normal screen.

Am i now a spy for the Chinese?

probably the last blackbiew i buy. and i was so excited to have a bomber phone.

I bought this phone in march 21, 2021 through aliexpress from BLACKVIEW Official Store - it shipped from Spain.

I had issues with BT, can't pair anything. I put on the newest update about july, and it fixed the problem. This afternoon (aug 29.) the fingerprint suddenly stoped to work, so I turned off the phone, and then back. it has since disappeared.
What's happening?
Where is the menu item? Why disapiered, and why now?
I have a friend with this phone too, and I asked him from this, He said: it dissapiered on his phone too yesterday. He attemted to do a factory reset, but the phone updated itself to the newest firmware, but no fingerprint sensor.

Question: if I change the fringerprint chip in my phone, it will last longer, or just a few weeks again? If I got a new one, it will broke as this one? What is the problem? The chips are bad in our phones? The new chips are good, or just the same? If there is a hardware issue, why it changes the software (disapiering menu item)?
If I choose, to replacing the phone, how long will it take?

I have a BV8000 Pro, it has been operating for 4 years, just a little slow now.e

Hello. For this problem, the only solution is the replacement. It's a material problem on this model (cheap component?). The only solution is a replacement of your phone with your garranty.

My sensor has just stopped working and the option for it has disappeared from the security menu. Has something changed?

I have written to support02@blackview.hk to be informed about my problem that not even a month and the fingerprint reader stopped working, they were to send but no longer respond, will they send it or not?
