I see you chose not to post my previous reply...

Your warranty is void if we do our own repairs to the phones.

The solution you give is for us to do our own repairs to the phones...

This is not good

Asking us to pay to return devices that are flawed in design is also not good.

We have all purchased in good faith the most rugged 5g phone, but in fact these phones are probably the least rugged phones available in the world!

For some weeks now I am following this thread. I am wondering if any of you had has the opportunity to have it repaired under the insurance at Allianz global and or a repair done. Does the phone function normally than? Did anyone get a new phone from Blackview? Does anyone have knowledge of users having a fully functioning phone, not breaking down after some weeks?

Totally agree!
Is Blackview paying for the replacement of the faulty sensor if I go to a local service (that is most likely going to say they don't know this model)?
Why don't you post the video first of all, to fully see what are options are. And it has been asked before and not answered: is it for sure a hardware problem as I've seen topics on different Blackview models where you sorted it with an update?

1. Please describe the problem with the phone with me.
2. Where did you purchase this phone and when? Please provide the order number.

My BL6000 Pro works fully without Touchscreen or Fingerprint failures! Works complete fine.

Hello Sir Robin: Was your phone repaired or did the problem not occur? If that is the case, can you reply when you started using it?

hi,
thanks for getting back.
So:
- step one, volume keys were very slow in responding, phone restarted by itself
- after restart fingerprint wasn't in the menu anymore
- did clear all cache, made 10 restarts, fingerprint option appeared in the menu back but gave a message error and wouldn't recognize fingerprint. Wouldn't delete the old fingerprint either
- changed security options, took out fingerprint option (went for graphic sign only)and then tried to activate fingerprint again. Now it's just not reading my fingerprint when touching the sensor, but no error messages in the menu.
Please let me know if this helps and there's a chance for an update that might fix this.
Many thanks!
