Hello, What is the problem?

Same problem here the BL6000 Pro is awesome but when i woke up this morning the fingerprint feature just disappeared from the menu, i tried many things but nothing worked, it was working perfectly yesterday, the phone only have almost 2 months i cant send it back cause we all know it gonna take year to have another one :/
