Admin... you said:
Go to the system manager to open the application management to open the automatic startup management and automatic cleaning of the apk in the memory by default.

Show us a screenshot or describe how to get there better

System Manager---Option Application-----Turn on automatic memory cleaning and auto-start management----apk lock

I see the comment that caused your original answer has disappeared...so your answer may not be relevant to the touchscreen problem. There is no app I can see for the screen.
The problem is that the touchscreens remain badly erratic. Some hours they are far too sensitive...other hours they are not sensitive enough and the screens don't move when being swiped.
Your engineering team need to find units with the problem and run tests, urgently.

Any update on screen?  Is it a hardware problem or software? I would like to start to have a normal phone that doesn't click random things when I drag my finger on the screen ..... And I did email support02@blackview.hk about the issue. No responses yet.

Hello, after checking with the engineer, they suggested that you can update the version and see whether it can work or not.

We have already told you...the update does not work.

Same here, touch screen is really too sensitive. It's still pretty usable, but I have to be careful, it's prone to unwanted touches.
I'm running BL6000Pro_EEA_S1000A_V1.0_20210113V16 software.

Same here.
  1. Phantom touches with a finger just close to the screen, not touching it.
  2. Double key presses when wearing gloves.
  3. Touching to scroll (i.e. without lifting the finger at the place first touched) is registered as a click, even before lifting the finger from the scrolling action

I thought it was only me but the screen is far tooo sensitive. It will do things when the finger is close but not touching.

Im also having a similar issue.

IF the phone is on the table and i am not touching the outer edge, it randomly select things while trying to swipe the screen... double clicks things, has a mind of its own....

but the minute i grab the phone, and holding it, with at least 1 finger touching the silver sides of the phone, the screen then operates properly...

maybe a design issue? with grounding?

my touchscreen has a mind of its own.... until i pick up my phone.... but even just trying to swipe the alarm off, i have to pick up my phone to perform this task...

i also received my phone as one of the first backers.... thought i would live with it... but it is really driving me crazy.... my wife runs the BV6300 and hers is flawless....
