When will we get the OTA update - it's been more than a month in the announcement, yet I cannot see it in the OTA ...

I just got my pro about a month ago with OS11. Touch screen problems exist, 3 fingers screenshot not working, and the camera is way too HD till it's absurd even if i lower resolutions to the lowest. The colors sux big time. All selfies look like ghost. Super ugly and fake. Tried using other camera apps but the photos totally cannot make it without heavy modification.

I'm still waiting for the update to 11. I still can't use this phone. Touch screen issues are just too much to live with. Just hoping the updtae from 10 to 11 will fix the sensitive screen.

Hi, I can't seem to get the OTA android 11 update for my BV6000, any ideas as to how to force it??

Sorry to reply to you late. Now some of the Non-Euros and Euros versions can be updated via OTA.
