I have the same issue, the wireless charging function suddenly stop working a month ago. Before that It works just fine. My phone built no. is BV9800Pro_EEA_S65_V1.0_2020_0814V1

My wireless charging stopped working in less than a months ownership of the very same phone. Really not happy about it as I've bought this phone so I don't have to charge my phone with a cable but guess I'm back to where I started. Emailed blackview themselves and they aren't interested in doing anything about it besides maybe send me another wireless charging hardware that I need to install myself. Please advise if you have more luck than me mate

This is the small board of the wireless charging is broken， you can change a new small board, when do you purchase this device? You can contact our after-sale department to get a new one if the guarantee is valid, here is the email: support02@blackview.hk

Hello all,
Exactly the same problem with my 9800Pro. It stopped charging wirelessly a couple of weeks ago. I've tried all three chargers that used to work with it but no luck. Chargers are working as they still charge my wife's phone.
Did send an e-mail to support as is proposed above. Hope for the best.

And another bv9800Pro owner here. About 2 months ago my bv9800pro also had troubles with wireless charging but after a complete power drain and charge of dus work again...... Untill about 2 weeks ago. No wireless charging anymore and i can't get it to work anymore.
Coincidence that do many BV9800Pro's quit working on the wireless charging? I dont think so. Wat too many owners with the same problem in little time. My guess: programmed into the firmware........
Currently I own a bv9900Pro (because of also GPS getting worse, meaning driving 60m parallel to the road I'm actually driving on)
If a similar problem occurs with my bv990pro simultanious with other owners, I'll think twice the next time I'm concidering another BV
Don't get me wrong, I truely like my BV9800Pro (1 year of no problems compared to my Cat S61 which has been more in repair then in use) but this topic is way too strange.
