Thanks Blackview.. latest update appears to have fixed problem. Device needed a full factory reset after update installation to force changes to take effect. I am typing this on one of the affected phones.

Tout à fait l'application management, permet de démarrer les applications au démarrages, de les mettres en arrières plans et de les verrouillés pour éviter qu'elle s'arrête au bout de minute, pour moi le bl 6000 pro est une très bon téléphone, l'écran est certe sensible mais je pense que c'est du à l'écran de protection en plastique. Alors avant de dire que le téléphone a un problème il faut savoir l'utiliser, c'est il manque une notice.

I see the comment that caused your original answer has disappeared...so your answer may not be relevant to the touchscreen problem. There is no app I can see for the screen.
The problem is that the touchscreens remain badly erratic. Some hours they are far too sensitive...other hours they are not sensitive enough and the screens don't move when being swiped.
Your engineering team need to find units with the problem and run tests, urgently.

We have already told you...the update does not work.

Same here, touch screen is really too sensitive. It's still pretty usable, but I have to be careful, it's prone to unwanted touches.
