Thanks for the reply, but do you mean that the issue could be solved with an update of the software or is this a hardware problem? Just to know if I can avoid to send back the phone to the seller, because I would prefer not having the inconvenience of remaining without phone. Please answer ASAP because I'm organizing the return this days, and if possible I would avoid it.
