A few days ago my microphone stopped working for no apparent reason so I cannot be heard on calls and now the speaker has stopped making sound on YouTube and Spotify but seems to work fine when someone is calling me. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I tried doing a full factory reset but the problem persists.
