Description of problems:
The phone makes a noise during a call. We have tried calls to more than 10 different phones and they hear noise everywhere in the handset. Reconciliation is almost impossible.
 - whoever I call they hear me very badly and with a loud noise
- I reset the phone to factory settings and the condition is the same.
- The phone has been updated to the latest version.
- I tested the microphone via the * # 87 # menu. The sound is recorded without noise and looks ok.
- Noise only appears on other phones when they answer my call. The noise is unbearable.
- I tried to change the network from 4g to 3g situation is the same. Noise is still occurring.
- I changed the volume settings and nothing solved the problem.

Under the wireless upgrade of the mobile phone, this problem has been changed in the latest version

I updated the phone to the latest possible version. See pictures.

Is there any newer version and how do I download it if the phone is already updated.
