my new bv9800 pro (Feb 2021) power off (battery >15%) without noteable reason. I can't power it on again. Then I charge the phone the red led power on, nothing more. When I press the power button the red led switch of for a secound after a while while charging.

I contacted the seller multiple times, but not no response.

What can I do?
