Apps cannot run / are killed in Background? (similar to BL9900 Pro, A80, ...)

Dear Blackview,

I just switched from a BL9900 Pro  to a BL6000 Pro.
Similar to Background apps close after screen turns off - whitelist doesn't work the BL6000 Pro exhibits the same behaviour! This was also the case with the BL9900 Pro back in the day!

Symptoms:
- No notifications are shown for apps running in background (aka are not open) For example, no emails are getting notified, no messenger chats are notified.

Tried solution:
- checked for installed app cleaner -> none found
- battery optimization switched off -> no joy
- battery manager switched off -> no joy
- deactivate DuraSpeed (solved in on BL9900 Pro) -> DuraSpeed does not exist on BL6000 Pro / Android 10? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- edit white list (solved it on other models?) -> White List does not exist on BL6000 Pro / Android 10? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Environment:
- Device: BL6000Pro
- Model: BL6000Pro
- Android: 10
- Build: BL6000Pro_EEA_S1000A_V1.0_20210113V16

Questions:
1) How to get the smartphone working like they are supposed to? Any thoughts or hidden menus?
2) why is this effect repeating itself with all the high end models from BlackView the last 2 years? Super annoying and makes me question my choices of your brand... :(

This answer from support worked for me
system manager to open the application management to open the automatic startup management and automatic cleaning of the apk in the memory by default

Hi any news on this as I need QuickBooks tracking to work and on the bl6000 it does not work properly like bl9000 previos phone?

So I'm having the same issues with my phone
BL6000pro
Android 10
BL6000PRO_NEU_S1000A_V1.0_20210115V04

Discord and Telegram are being forced closed thus disabling the push notifications. 
Pandora is being forced closed while I'm streaming music. 
This issue is making my phone unusable

I have tried disabling battery optimization for all affected applications and it has not resolved the issue.
Any suggestions beyond that?

Open System Manager - Application Management - Auto Clean Memory - Go to Whitelist
