received yesterday bv5500plus, ordered from https://it.blackview.hk/
when started it goes on a bios like screen. checked manual, but not reference, so i choosed  "reboot" from option.
after that it goes on android screen. 
even if i got 4G icon on upright of the screen, seems that internet connection is not working. also, contact can't be readed from sim ( even if pin is required ), 
got Iliad as Network and can't chose anyone else from manual research

already tried plane mode, restart, shutting down and restart, checked option and on internet if someone got same problem
i am in north west italy 
any help will be appreciated, or the  phone it's not usable

Please try to modify the APN parameters.
