Hello, along with greeting, i would like to request support with a fact that occurred with my blackview 5500 Plus, apparently ir was attacked by a hacker (attached message and screenshots).
If there's any way to reset my phone, I'd be very grateful to be taught, thank you.

Hello, Maybe the main board was broken, could you please long-press to restart the phone? try it? When and where did you purchase this phone?

The phone was purchased on May 30, 2020 through the UPMOVILCHILE distributor. I try to restart my phone, but without success, the system is unstable.

Hello, it's the mainboard broken, or you can purchase one board from our Aliexpress store or contact our after-sale department.
