Hi. I have bought the phone for its rugged properties and have found that the charging speed is slow when the phone is being used and charged at the same time. Infact, the battery drains up while charging and using it at same time too

However it charges when the phone is left alone, but the speed is terrible, it estimates 2h of charging from 70% onwards. I am using the original charger and cable

Also it does not support power bank charging somehow. the powerbank turns off after 15s which indicates the phone is drawing too low a current for normal charging. I have to enable low power charging (xiaomi powerbank) then it will charge (very slowly like originally i stated above using a ac usb charger)

Will there be a firmware update addressing this? Because i have another android 9 phone Nokia brand and it charges faster and it is rated same charge speed as the blackview (no fast charge)
