PIN not working

Hi. There seems to be a fault with the Tab 8. If a security pin is set up then when the device locked, it doesn't accept the pin and stays locked. The only fix is a factory reset.
It works fine with a security pattern, but not a pin.
I see other people are having the same trouble too -

Do not enter the passwords one by one, but enter the passwords continuously

I wrote a reply a few days ago but it seems to have vanished.
I'm not sure if I understand you correctly Admin. I am inputting the correct PIN in a normal fashion, exactly the same as I do on the other Blackview devices I have.
As you can see from the link above I'm not the only person with this trouble.

I am having the same issue when I connect the external keyboard. I have had to default it 3 times so far and the only way I can use the tablet is without the keyboard
