x1 with BV9800pro issues

Hello, I have problems with my BV9800pro and the smart watch X1, I can't pair it with the bt of my BV9800pro and not even with another phone, has anyone had such a problem?

Hello, please try to download an apk of H Band, you can scan QR code from the smartwatch manual to download this.
