Hello,

my BV6300 Pro does not start again, after the battery drops to 0%, i did plug the charger in.
8h later the phone still says "battery charging" and does not start when the Power button is hold.
It responds to a forced Restart with once blinking the power led and nothing else happens.

Anybody got another idea what i can try?

If plugged in it consumes about 450mA at 5V. The same case is with a non-orignial charger/cable.
Even with the 450mA Current it does seem not to charge the Battery. The notification led does not turn green, even after 24h at the charger.

What do you mean with that?
