I have an issue with my BV6300pro, device is working perfectly except for the fact that no matter what I do the screen won't turn on for notifications ever.

I've checked into the notification settings, battery optimization, screen options, etc. and nothing helps. All apps have notification access and I've tried with and without battery optimization.

The setting 'Notifications' > Lock Screen > 'Notifications on Lockscreen' is set to 'Show alerting and silent notifications'. I've turned this off and back on again also no change.

When a notification occurs I hear the sound and the LED starts blinking but no screen response when locked. When device is unlocked notifications appear normally.

Go to set up smart assist to turn off DURASPEED

Turning off Duraspeed did fix another issue with certain apps not syncing so thanks for that, still the screen issue persists.
