Hello again, my mobile receives the new update but when I install it I get an error and I can't get it. A few days ago I opened the bootloader to try to be the root user, but since I couldn't do it, I closed it again. It may be because of this. Is there any other way I can update it? Could you provide me with the Rom file of the last update and tell me how to update my mobile manually? Thank you very much for your great help and advice

¿ Are you really what I'm asking for? Please read my emails carefully. I have seen that the forum for other BlackView models does provide users with download links. I ask you to not feel discriminated against with respect to others that you do the same with me. Mobile fails when trying to update by OTA. I need to reflase my mobile and enter the Rom that I am indicating and which is prior to the last one.
I need the Rom BV4900_EEA_ZN128e_V1.0_20200821V09
