Im having a very serious issue over here, my Blackview Bv9900 Pro is suddenly dropping from 70-80% to 0%, my cellphone is almost new it doesn´t have more than 4-5 months of life, and it´s already turning off and having battery problems, i´m using the induction charger only.

I´ve tried turning on and off, clearing cache and still doesnt works, its kind of infuriating that an almost new cellphone is becoming unusable, my battery wont last more than an hour or two, any advice to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
