BV9900 PRO Wont turn on

Hi,

Yesterday (20.04.21) I received my new BV9900 PRO fresh from the official Blackview Store and for my surprise it didn´t turn ok. I didn´t thing that it was something wrong, just that it came discharged, so I starter to charge it.
When I put the charger plug into the phone a red light appeared, but no signs of charge, so I let the phone connected to the charger.

It has been 16 hours charging now and I still nothing on the screen. I tried to turn it on and nothing, the only thing that I can see is the red light flashing once and then keep on.

I really need some help with this, otherwise I´ll have to start the warranty process and I really don´t want to get to that point.

Change a charger or charging cable to verify, does the phone have anything to do with it? Please let me know all details.

hello, sorry for the delayed response. May I know have tried to use another USB to charge it? And any other information shown on-screen or did you make any operation?

Hi! have the same problem. Tried to change charger, but it have no effect.

Hello! I have same phone with same problem. Phone don
t turn on. It shows Powered by Android logo, then it restarts. How can i fix it?

Hello, after checking with our engineer, we just need to check the phone that we can know the problem, or do you change the data before?
