BV9500 plus WiFi keeps disconnecting

Hi there,
Looking for some help solving this WiFi access issue with this new phone.
I have my WiFi networks and passwords programmed in to the phone.
Sadly after only a few minutes it disconnects, displays as 'saved', then cycles between 'connecting' and 'saved' on the two available networks until the WiFi on the phone is switched off then on again. This gives a further five to ten minutes of connection.
Would appreciate a quick resolution.
