Dear all,
My original battery cable and headphones are dead.
I bought them in July 2020.
I have very careful using my equipment.
Is this normal? Anybody with the same problems?
Thanks in advance

for charging I only use Wireless , and for audio I use Bluetooth
It appears like your USB-C connector is broken Vbus connection, since both do not work. try a different cable to charge in order to confirm broken phone connector.

Hello,
With the original cable it takes one day to charge about 50%.
I have to use another cable to do so.
The problem is that using a non original cable I loose same functionals when I connect the phone (i.e. android auto).
Best regards
Jorge

USB-C cable is built to a specification, some cables have ID to let the phone know how much power can pass, and cable functionalityif you buy a USB-C cable from a reputable re-seller and get same results it will be a phone connector issue, starting to doubt that.
You also say there are Android Auto problems, verify with different phone and the same cable. Android auto : I'm guessing your car radio probably has USB 2.0 connector, so it is only using Vbus, Ground, D+, D-
(4 signals of a 24 wire cable)As a side note I have never used the supplied charger/cable with the phone, the only time a cable (aftermarket) is plugged into the phone is for data transfer.

Same issue here, my USB cable lasted for six months. I replaced it with a brand new one.
