Q: Is it possible to get double tap support on BV 9900 Pro?

I tried to setup double tap functionality on my BV9900 Pro but it wasn't successful. By double tap I mean a functionality to turn on the screen while phone i locked just to see messages on the lock screen.
Does anyone have a working recipe how to enable such functionality? Thanks in advance!
