I also get this same error, I have the none EU, and the finger print reader without the issues.

I have the none EU, none Goodix 9900 pro 

1. The file located on Mega is in the .gz format and the phone is looking for a zip 
2. You have to download the file with the phone., using a computer gives an encryption error.
3. Trying to use the media tool fails .. the scatter file loads correctly but there is no DA  (Download Agent) located within the file.
4. After converting the .gz to a .zip and manually starting the update from the phone, the phone reboots and it immediately goes into an error screen followed by a reboot back to 9.0

Please advise

To unzip the version, just select the MTK file.

Sorry but i don't understand how can i flash.  I have unrar file  but there isn't download agent but only scatter file.  Please tell me how flash

i have the same problem. Support asked me to flash the firmware manualy from my computer to solve this issue. Risky and I will loose all the already uploaded and running applications .
too bad.!
I also wanted to use wifi calls. The support told me that wifi calls are no more available under android 10. I bought this phone 1 month ago .
