Hi I am new to blackview phones and just bought one recently from eBay. I was just a little disappointed because the seller says it is the Android 10 version but the bv9900 pro I received was on Android 9 version. And also I can seem to find the the thermal cam on my phone.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Did you contact them for this problem? Now We don't suggest that update the phone to android 10, because the software is not stable right now after some users updated it and feedback some questions to us, our engineer is checking. Please keep your phone on android 9.
