Hello,
I bought an A80pro recently when I was living in Spain and now I moved to Canada. When I insert a north American sim card the phone sync the sim card endlessly and I'm not able to use my new phone number. When I insert back the European sim card everything seems normal.
I tested the north American sim card on a spare phone and it works perfectly.
Any idea why I'm having this issue?

What kind of card is being used, and is it compatible?

Nano sim card. I have no idea if it is compatible. How can I check the compatibility?
