Hi, I have the EU version, I try to upgrade to android 10, setup starts, phone reboots to the green  screen trying to start the update and I get an error. phone reboots again an gets back to android 9.

Hello, We don't suggest that update the phone to android 10, because the software is not stable right now after some users updated it and feedback some questions to us, our engineer is checking. Please keep your phone on android 9.

If necessary, Please contact the after-sale department to get the file: support02@blackview.hk

Hello, so if I heard that correctly, will there be another working Android 10 update this week?
Do I have to delete the non-working version or something similar?
As I said, every day the phone crashes once, either with the Blackview logo or with the Andriod symbol and error sign.
Will the update be published here on the website or is it available as an update on the smartphone?

Hello, gentlemen. Updated on Android 10 despite what they wrote bad. The flight is excellent. Updated quickly.
Yes, My FLIR did not go the first time. Stop and clean the app's memory help. FLIR works more faster that before.
Finger scanner Yes of course does not always work quickly. I could be wrong, though.
I haven't found any other bugs yet. I'll find it and write it.
Now all apps are in a separate menu. On the desktop, you can install applications to your liking.

Please also make the slow motion video shooting possible. It is a much desired function.

Thanks
