Hello, you can update it back to Android 9, the same way as the Android 10 update.

Hi,
I'm not sure if i'm the only one who does not understand this standardized reply, but it is a bit dissapointing.
I know the process, that it has to be done the same way it was done with android. But I do not have the previous Android version for the bv9900pro. Where can I find it? From where can I download it? I only have the android 10 os but there is no info where is the android 9 version

Hi, I have the EU version, I try to upgrade to android 10, setup starts, phone reboots to the greenĀ screen trying to start the update and I get an error. phone reboots again an gets back to android 9.

Hello, I only have problems with my Blackview bv9900 pro since the update to Android 10. It supports at least once a day. what can it be and what can I do about it, it more slowly.

Hello, so if I heard that correctly, will there be another working Android 10 update this week?
Do I have to delete the non-working version or something similar?
As I said, every day the phone crashes once, either with the Blackview logo or with the Andriod symbol and error sign.
Will the update be published here on the website or is it available as an update on the smartphone?
