sometimes the Myflir APP faild to start. 
the app main screen loads but you see black screen where you suppose to see the thermal image.
after few seconds error message appear that the "myflir had stopped" with two buttons: "wait" or "close app".
in *#87# the raw thermal image is working perfectly, so the problem is in Myflir app.

it usually happen after phone restart. or randomly during the day.

i need to wait few minutes or try to start the app few times for it to work.

the solution for bv9800 is not helpfull for bv9900 pro.

just now i have managed to take a screen shot  the upper refresh button is not active and after a minute i get the error i mentioned above.
after few tries to start the app it loads fine and work ok.

Hello, sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. Have you updated it for the latest version?

also I have the same problem, after update of 29/06 .. as long explained in another discussion ...

May I ask if some permissions are not open when you go in, please long press the apk, and then clean the apk memory and cache, and all permissions are allowed after re-entering

May I ask if some permissions are not open when you go in, please long press the apk, and then clean the apk memory and cache, and all permissions are allowed after re-entering
