BV9900pro main camera focus problem

I have buy two bv9900pro phones, one of the phones work good, and don't have any problems, but the second one has problem with focusing on the main 48mp camera, nothing of what I tried to do is not help, I have download the last software version, but it's not help me. It's looks like a fabric defect... How can I solve this problem, maybe it's can be repaired with any patch or program???

I too have been having a problem with the main back camera not focusing.
Take good pictures of objects 3" away
But will not focus past 12" away just takes vary blurry pictures
I've tried updating the phone
And force stopping the app
Also tried clearing the cache
Just got the phone last month
