the camera no longer works. the my flir app opens and everything works but the screen remains black. the system software version is BV9900PRO_EEA_S900AA_V1.0_20200601V09_20200604_1934

Allow all permissions for thermal imaging to be opened.

the permissions have all been granted and the cache cleared but the screen remains black; until a few days ago everything worked perfectly. could the problem be related to the last system update made on Monday evening? thank you

hello I downloaded the update but I was unable to install it because: the file was not zip and I had to turn it into zip because the update app required only zip files I started the update procedure but unfortunately just started mo gave an error. where did I go wrong? also I hope I have not done damage to the phone thanks
