Phone freezes, not waking

Had the phone forjust over a week now and keep having an issue with the phone freezing and not waking on command, either by on button or touch sensor. The screen appears to be dimly lit black as there is a slight luminescence on the screen. I can confirm this by when doing the restart, when the phone powers off the screen loses all power and is noticeably off like when the phone is properly sleeping. Having to restart this morning 2 times in as many hours is rather frustrating not to mention not knowing is the phone is actualy working and will recieve a call if one is incoming. I think this issue is when the phone sleeps due to inactivity and not by being put to sleep by the on button.

I am having the same problem as well. At first I thought I may have had something in my pocket press against the power button and shut it down. But it has not woken up first thing in the morning after charging all night. I have to hard restart it by holding in the power button until it shuts down. It would power back up and be fine. That is until it does it again.

Same problem here. Goes to sleep randomly and never wakes with a slight backlight on the screen. Have to hold power button to reset. Need a fix asap.

I am having the same issue, I bought Blackview BV9900 Pro last week and I am having the problem since day one. It will happen at random times of the day, once or twice each day. The phone appears to become unresponsive, it will not wake up when I press the power button on the side, nor if I try to use the finger print sensor. While the phone is in that frozen state its screen is dimly light but nothing appears on screen (just some dim light). To recover from this condition I have to hold continuously the power button until the phone restarts. I sent an email to Blackview support asking them for help.
