The support email told me to return the phone for a replacement. This seems to be a widespread problem, however. Do you have any reason to believe that a replacement won't have the same issue? Shipping was quite slow, and I can't be without my phone for several weeks.

Hello, If the support team suggested that you need to return the phone back to us, then it's the best way for you.

I see a system update came out not sure if it was meant to address this but still having lockups after the update.

I just ordered such a device, but if it is, I would rather cancel the order.
It is practically useless in this way.

Got my phone yesterday. There were more than 10 screen freezes in one day! Should I use this product? Is there a solution to this problem?
