Hi all,

Just wanted to let everybody know of a USB issue I had that was resolved with the help of BlackView support. In the BV9900 Pro you need to enable USB OTG on the phone before it will recognise the USB device. It is done from Settings - Smart assist - OTG.

This is different to my BV9800 Pro, where that setting does not exist and the USB OTG adapter with USB memory stick is recognised as soon as it was plugged in.

I had the same problem but with an audio adapter.
The Problem is that the setting resets itself after 15 minutes, even when you are currently listening to music. Like this it is unusable for listening if you don't want to use the oem Headphones or change the setting every 15 minutes.

Is there a solution to always enabeling usb-otg?
