Is Anyone know how to change ringtone in BV9800 pro to custom media like .mp3 or .mp4 from local storage ?
I already try to change it but not successful...

Your post mentions the BV9800 Pro, but you posted in the BV9900 Pro forum. Which phone are you referring to? I have both and changed the ringtone to one of my own without any issue, it was a very simple and straightforward process. Exactly what did you try to do?
