Good day Admin on the 01 May 2020 I order an BV9800Pro from Aliexpress offiical store, seller do reply me promtly but my parcel detail was only shown as hand over to airline via 4PX, As Singpost only show information received and no update since 05 May 2020, admin can you advise me, or can i have the direct contact of Aliexpress offical store, Via Aliexpress offical store platform, they only ask me to wait patiencely. i know it not the issue of Aliexpresss offcial store fault, I was hoping if you could change you service provider in the future, or can you advise me how to contact the service provider (4PX express)

Hello, Actually it's the normal condition since the virus outbreak, all of the delivery is getting slower and slower, so you can wait for the parcel to arrive or you can contact the Aliexpress store.
