I been trying to return my phone because of the same issue, it came with Android 10 from the factory but I have the same situation. Where is the admin? Is this page legit? Does this company stand for their products? I feel like I made a mistake buying this phone.

Good day. Sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. May I know where did you purchase this phone? How long did you use it?
Or if it is possible, can you send an email to me and talk more details with me? Email: mary@blackview.hk

Give Blackview a break clearly they are trying to resolve these minor issues you all flipping it and demanding refunds is stupid .
Just wait a few more days and stop acting like a bunch of hysterical woman.
I DID NOT enter water only put "Waterproof" BV9900 Pro in pocket of wet shorts
phone wont turn on + lenses are fogged
Blackview is not WATERPROOF - it cant last 1Km walk in wet shorts
paid $569 USD
NO WARRANTY!

Hi Blackview Admin - while we wait for the Android 10 to be made stable, do you have a link where we can get the ROM File for Android 9 ? is that even possible. Thanks.

you really must be a big fan of blackview or this is a 'paid' advertisment.
fingerprint issue is not a minor issue - it is a critical security issue
and even blackview admin here admits this and suggest to stay (or downgrade) to android 9. fixing all issues obviouslly take more time than just few days.
however, we will not talk about how a responsible company can afford to roll out an operating system with such errors.

I shut down 4G voice over Network ( VoLTE ) and shut down Wifi-Calling....Still shuts down. Right now....this is a glorified Flir image Camera... If they are Honorable, they will have a solution fast. Because right now, Social media is hurting this product.

Hello, what is the problem with the phone? Could you describe it?

The phone will shut down 2-8 times a day. I have removed all apps except 2 . (factory apps have not been removed). This makes it very hard to run multiple crews on different jobsites. when the phone is shut off for hours before I notice. The loss in productivity is worth way more than the phone everyday. If the problem can't be resolved in a timely manner It would be nice to know now so I can order a different rugged phone.
