Non-EU version link you provided says "decryption key invalid". The link must be bad.... Please update.

Could you explain:
1. What is the difference between EU and NON-EU versions?
2. How can I get the information of what version I have?

Hello!
I tried to update manually, but the file was in .rar format, it doesn't work. I tried to write the extension to .zip or convert it to .zip, but the update doesn't start, the device showed error and restarted in android 9 (hopefully). What could be the problem?
Otherwise, it's quite embarrassing that many others are updating to android 11, but Blackview can't make a workable update to android 10...

Dear Blackview.
I've got the BV9900 pro for almost a year now and completely love the phone. It's great in every way, except for the android 9.
Is there any progress in the Goodix fingerprint update on Android 10? I'm waiting on the fix for months now. It can't be that hard that it takes so long to fix one tiny issue? Please take your costumers seriously because it looks like you're not trying to fix it at all but are just waiting till the costumers stop complaining.

Please do we have any news regarding Android 10 update?
I have an EU version
Fingerprint: sunwave
Version: BV9900Pro_EEA_S900AA_V1.0_20200601_V09

Is safe to update it?

Can you please share most updated version of Android 10?

I need Android 10 because of its phone call recording feature, does this feature work on this system fine?

Hello,

can we get an update on when we can expect the Goodix fix for Android 10? I'ts been quiet for 2 months now.

Hello, sorry to make this inconvenience, but we suggested that don't update it anymore, it is unstable.
