I think all users would like an honest answer to when, if ever, Android 10, non EU will be available. Six months of non answers and "soon,sorry" isn't good enough. Please tell us when we can realistically expect this long overdue update, please!!!!

In the *#8615# interface, the fingerprint display is Goodix, indicating that there is a problem with the upgrade. Have you encountered this problem? The fingerprint problem is still being solved

It can be upgraded, but we do not recommend upgrading. The fingerprint problem is still solved. You can check the *#8615# interface to see that the fingerprint shows Goodix, If there have, do not upgrade anymore.

If you restart randomly, upgrade the next version first. Use the latest version to upgrade. Do not use the previous version. For the fingerprint problem, enter *#8615# on the dial interface to see if the fingerprint shows Goodix. The question, what is the specific problem with the banking application？？
