I use android 10 in BV9900 PRO, and i dont have any inssue.

Still waiting now, several months, for a bug to be fixed. When will Android 10 be released?

Is the android 10 update for my phone ok to be download? Asking as the coverage switches to the 3g from 4g too much and I would like to take advantage of the VoLTE capability on the 4g to have better calls.

Good morning, it's been over 4 weeks since you've updated us on what should have been a straight forward fix! When will Android 10 be ready for BV 9900 Pro? This is really unacceptable for a company who continues to claim they are a too end phone! This is a non-eu phone.

I too have problems with bv9900 pro android 9. Phone lags and apps don't work properly. The issue with update is big problem and this issue haven't solved for months now. At first when phone came to market they said bestest and fastest rugged phone etc. I think i have to but bad review on aliexpress because i have used phone for one year and now it doesn't work anymore like it should. I once said to my friends that this phone is awsome and they should buy it, but now i say don't buy it. New bv9900 5g has android 10. Phones are basiccly the same but 9900 pro 4g still has android 9 :/
