1. How the users can understand the specific version?
2. What is the difference between these versions? Is it hardware and software or just software?

My phone wont allow *#8615#, nothing happen when i try to put code in the dialer. Does anyone else have this issue or i am doing something wrong? Is there any another way to check fingerprint manufacturer?

It has been 6 months, since August 2020, you published that BV9900 pro will be delivered with android 10 and their will be an upgrade for the android 9 version. BV9900 pro delivered with android 10, still have many instabilities and many downgrade to android 9.
Bv9900pro is Blackview top model and we believed that we would have faster support from your programmers.
The hardware of this android phone is capable to keep upgraded to android 11+, it is shame to reach so fast it's End Of Life so fast, as it is stuck to android 9.
Moreover we want the new features android 10 provides.
