Good day
My 2 or so month old Blackview BV9900 Pro has got into a bootloop. Plugged in the Android logo is shown, a few seconds later the red LED turns off and then the device restarts.

I've attempted to use recovery mode and fast boot mode, but I get the same results.

I have not attempted to root the device, nor have I dropped it or submerged it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks,

Mine is bootlooping too- Build BV9900Pro_EEA_S900AA_V1.0_20200601V09.  2nd day out of the box.  It's a suboptimal unboxing experience to be sure.
It will boot successfully if I switch to "normal" from "fast boot" and runs for a while, but sooner or later it starts bootlooping again - to just about the end of the Blackview logo particle emission than black screen and restart.

I can get it to do this reliably by switching to MyFLIR mode and turning on the LED to enhance edge detection mode.

Could you please provide the IMEI number for us to check? When did you purchase this phone and where?

I have the same problem. My bv9900Pro reboots continuosly, always hanging at the logo screen without animation, then restarts after a while just to hang again at the logo screen. I can't access recovery mode nor fastboot mode, same result: hangs at the logo screen. I also can't connect the phone to my PC. If this is such a common problem, you should really post the solution somewhere so that people can easily find it. I urgently need this phone.

Dear Admin,

I provided the IMEI and purchase information via email to the employee, Julia, who reached out to me, thank you, but that support conversation stalled on 12/26 with:

Hi Customer,
The mainboard is broken probably.

And while I believe that is a reasonable diagnosis (I suspect the battery and/or battery temp sensor as the device reports running very hot (>50C) even when it feels cold to the touch) it does not help without some method of remedying the issue.  So far all requests for an RMA or other service options or any follow up have gone unanswered.  I purchased from the AliExpress BLACKVIEW Official Store - as redirected to from the Blackview website.
If you think reflashing the phone might help, I'm happy to do so.
