hello
from the support they told me that I have to send it back to the seller, in China .. I can't be without a cell phone for who knows how long because I need it for work, also the cell phone in question I have been using it for about a month .. I hope over time that find a less invasive solution ..
I have to settle for now to have a bv9900 despite having bought a bv9900pro .. this is not at all professional..thanks

i have a bv9900pro.
my sentence was ironic since the thermal imaging camera no longer works ...

good morning is it possible to have an answer? I found on the forum that many users have the same problem as me (black thermal camera screen). may I know what you think of the problem? it doesn't seem right to sponsor a service and not know how to manage it. I bought the bv9900pro just to have the thermal imaging camera ... and like me I think others have done the same. maybe it was necessary to create a dedicated app for the thermal imaging camera instead of recycling the one for the cat61 ...

hi i just got my bv9900 pro two days ago and i am having the exact same problem if you find a solution can you post it please i might download the update but it didn't seem to work anyway
