I have had my phone for two weeks now last week every thing was fine this week when my screen lock in about two minutes the audio will stop working. I can watch videos all day but if I just listen it will stop. How can I fix this issue.

Hello, Tcrocker, may I know which phone do you have?

Well, this happens on my A80 Pro too. My phone is updated to the latest Android 10 (everything was working fine on Android 9)
Audio works fine, messenger sounds too, but few minutes after locking, the messenger "bling" notification just crackles silently few seconds or no sound at all.
Message notifications from other messengers, calendar reminders and almost all other notifications don't make a sound at all!

Hello! I've the same problem of Tcrocker with my brand new BL6000 with Android 10. Fantastic phone, but, when I listen to music and the screen goes off, the sounds stops in about 3-4 minutes. When I check, there are no apps running on my phone.
This happens with many apps I use to listen to music (Radioplayer, Tidal, FM World...)
How can I do?

Any apk that is not notified can be whitelisted and locked in the frequently used menu interface

Open the application management in the system manager-open the APK in the automatic memory cleaning and self-start management
