Hello,
I've seen a few posts on this subject, but can't find a clear answer. I am not getting notifications normally for a handful of apps. Is there a way to disable whatever feature is deciding to block these? Apps added to white list will still not populate notifications.

There isn't anything about Duraspeed in the settings menu. Only way I can find Duraspeed is when searching in the settings menu, and nothing happens when it is pressed. How can I access this?

Put the apk into the Duraspeed.

On Android 10 (maybe Android 9 is similar), Settings / Apps & notications / search (upper right corner) / type duraspeed and tap on the appearing green rocket icon / and tap 'Open'
