Where is smart assist in the settings? I don't see it

How do I find duraspeed? It's not in my settings

9900 Pro

I am on android 10

I own a Blackview BV9900E running Android 10 and can't find Dudaspeed to disable apps' killing.
It probably affects Vanced Tube and kills this app after the screen is locked for more or less 5 minutes.
Some methods of accessing Duraspeed described by other colleagues in this thread don't work on Android 10.

@Blackview Team - how can we enter Dudaspeed options on Android 10?

Right. That's what I have been saying. How do I do this on Android 10? I have a Samsung Active2 watch that I haven't been able to use since the OTA update. I also don't get notifications from many essential apps. I my have to sell the phone because blackview refuses to help solve these problems. I have been on this forum for MONTHS dealing with these issues. Absolute nightmare

How do I do that? Can you post a screenshot of how to do that?

you can white list by (works on android 9)
press the bottom left apps soft icon (where you would close running apps)
then press the tool (left) soft icon
the Whitelist will show.
Not sure how android 10 works - probably won't find out til 08/2021 ( i think they made a mistake and accidentally posted Android 10 release 08/2020)

I also have an application that is being killed.
My phone is bv9600 pro.
Android version 9.

I don't have I'Settings > Smart assist' menu, there might be an 'Auto clean memory' option.
I have also tried disabling duraspeed, or whitelisting my app and it did not work.
