Just finished updating via recovery mode. The image/zip was on the SD card - not on the device flash.
Everything is working as expected without clearing cache/memory or doing a factory reset.

I successfully updated to Android 10 using the Mega download and everything was fine. Just remember its for the EU only. No problems with the Flir camera app.
After update completed Google play store updated all my apps. the phone is working as it should do with no problems.
The big plus with Android 10 is the phone seems more responsive and as slicker set up.

Now it should be OK

Hi guys i tried to write a post but I think it wasn't approved, anyway i received the bv9900pro 4 days ago but I encountered a problem with buzzing/high frequency noise coming from the main speaker, it's very noticeable when I take pictures by camera, I tried everything from factory reset to updating android 10, but there's no way to fix it.... Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Hello, maybe the speaker was broken,, please contact the after-sale department directly to get the new one: support02@blackview.hk, 

After checking with the engineer again, please calibrate the speaker in *#87# to calibrate SMART PA

After the new OTA Android 10, there is no improvement with the fingerprint (factory goodix) functionality. After placing finger on the reader, the phone will turn on the screen (it will unlock) after many seconds later over a minute, in video 1:33.

After testing I noticed when the WIFI ON the phone unlocks almost normally, when the WIFI is turned off, the fingerprint works with a large large delay.

The EU version of 10.0 OTA has been opened, All Android 10.0 users can upgrade to 10.0 wirelessly.

The update does not fix the problem !!!

The bv9900 Pro has 2 types of fingerprint Goodix and Sunwave. There is a problem with Goodix sensor !, in android 9 it was ok. Fix it Blackview.

when will the roms be added to the rom download board?
it would be easier to find it there then search this thread for the android 9 rom

Hello, fingerprint does not work good. Can you fix that, I dont understand I and many people update bv9900pro before this OTA and have same problem with fingerprint we wrote you and you didnt again fix it.
My phone is the same before and after OTA.
