I bought a BV9900 PRO today, what do I need to upgrade to Android 10?

Hello, We don't suggest that update the phone to android 10, because the software is not stable right now after some users updated it and feedback some questions to us, our engineer is checking. Please keep your phone on android 9. If necessary, please contact the after-sale department to get the file: support02@blackview.hk
